Help me help the sea turtles! My name is Amanda Miller and I am a student at Colorado State University, majoring in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. I am traveling to Costa Rica in August 2016 to participate in volunteer conservation work to help ensure the crucial survival of nesting sea turtles species, of which include: the leatherback, olive ridley, and green sea turtles. While in Costa Rica, I will be spending time helping wildlife, along with reforestation efforts of the Central Valley Mountains and the chocolate forests (where the cacao trees grow!). My goal is to help rebuild the natural environments of Costa Rica to do my part in improving the outlook of our planet's future. My personal future is dedicated to helping conserve and protect our environment and delicate ecosystems around the world and this is just the first step. Please help me in my endeavor to create a better world for our wildlife and future generations to come. Any amount helps! :)
