Scout Jamboree Fundraiser

This is a fundraiser to send 3 scouts of the 1st Bordeaux Scout Troop to the 2015 Japan Jamboree. A Jamboree is where 30 000 scouts from 162 different countries meet at a certain place to learn about different culture's and unite as Scouts around the world. The 2015 Jamboree will be particularly special as Japan commemorates 75 years when the first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. 3 Scouts, including myself, have this once in a lifetime opportunity to join other scouts in representing South Africa. We have to raise R30 000 each, a total of R90 000 (approx. $9000). We have a number of fundraising projects on the go but appeal to anyone out there who would like to be part of making our dream come true.
