School tuition for dream job

Hello to anyone taking the time to read this. Honestly I'm desperate so I'm reaching out to see if good will still exists. Starting off I have a dream to become a jorneyman electric lineman but as of now that's all it is...a dream. I live in California and there's a renown school up north called northwest lineman college and I'd really like to attend...as of now I work to suport my family and have no extra to save for school, but I want more for my family than just a paycheck every two week and just making it. Also I want a job that makes a difference and electricity is in an ever growing supply. I ask you the people for help now, help me make my dream come true for me and my family
