School took all my Money/ Schule nahm mir mein Geld

Hi i am Andy and im 19 Years old im from Munich/Germany and i have a Big debt because of a school i tried to get in. Here is the Story 1 Year ago i wanted to get into a school in Germany Munich this School would coust 4500 Euro for 1 Year at the beginning i wanted to enter but i found a school that was for free, the problem was i already signed in in this School willing to Pay the Money but only because the Boss of the School said to me i cant back untill the School starts. I tried to cancel my contract with the School 6 weeks before the actual start but they said no, they said that even if we had this agremment that busines is busines and that i cant have my Money back. I didnt wanted to pay the Money so i tried to talk to them but they said i got 2 Options. Im going to the school or i pay them 1200 Euro that they cancel that hole thing, i couldnt pay the Money because my Parents wanted to pay that for me but since i found an free one they wouldnt pay for that one. So i started to argue with him asking him if he could make in exception but he wouldnt he knew im 19 Years and he can do whatever he wants. I begged him but he didnt care, so i did too. I didnt pay anything and i didnt go to that school. But the worst thing is he knew i would go to the other school and thold them to not exept me. So i didnt had anything no school no money nothing. After that he sewd me and tried to get everything from me, he wanted 8000 Euro for the "costs" i made him i didnt do anything, he even had enough students so why does he bother? I didnt knew but thanks to my dad i found a free lawyer who would support me and help me get out of it. At the end i need to Pay 2250 Euro exactly the half of the 4500 Euro. The Problem here is im going now to school and i dont want to break up because of this school so im trieng my best that i can do. Hier ist die Geschichte, vor einem Jahr wollte ich mich in einer Münchener schule einschreiben. Diese schule würde 4500 Euro im Jahr kosten, doch zum glück fand ich damals eine schule die genauso gut war und Kostenlos! Das Problem war ich war zu der Zeit schon in der anderen Schule angemeldet, meine Eltern wollten auch damals die kosten übernehmen. Doch dadurch das ich die kostenlose schule fand wollten sie dies nicht mehr tuhen. Das Problem war auch nicht die Zahlungsunfähigkeit meiner Eltern nein Sondern der Direktor der Schule selbst dieser verprach mir das ich mich noch vor Schul anfang abmelden könnte, doch dies war gelogen ich wollte mich 6 Wochen vor Schullbeginn abmelden. Der Lehrer jedoch sagte mir das dies nicht möglich sei und das ich jetzt hingehen müsste! Ich versuchte verzweifelt meinen Vertrag mit ihm zu kündigen aber er blieb stur. Nach einer Zeit gab er mir zwei möglichkeiten. Ersten ich gehe hin oder ich zahle ihm 1200 Euro das er mich aus seinem Vertrag lässt dies ging aber nicht da ich kein Geld bessas und meine Eltern auch nicht dafür zahlen wollten. Ich flehte ihn an es sich noch einmal zu überlegen und mich raus zu lassen doch er blieb stur und schmiss mich raus. Da es ihm egal wurde es mir auch egal und ich weigerte mich das Geld an diese Schule zu überweisen. Doch das schlimmste geschah erst danach die Kostenlose schule an der ich mich anmeldete schmiss mich raus und nannte mir hierbei keine begründung, ich vermute sehr das der Direktor der anderen schule was damit zu tun hatte. Nach einiger Zeit kammen die ersten Mahnungen da ich nicht bezahlen wollte und konnte. Diese ignorierte ich auf der Hoffnung das dieser aufgeben würde aber nein es wurde noch schlimmer 3 Monate später verklagte mich der Direktor auf eine Summe von 8000Euro. Diese summe war absolut ungerecht und übertrieben und jagte meinen Eltern einen schock ein, zum glück hatte mein Vater einen kostenlosen anwalt der mir vor gericht half aber leider muss ich am ende doch die hälfte zahlen was ingesamt 2250 Euro währen. Ich habe leider nicht viel Geld und versuche grade alles mögliche um etwas zu bekommen ich bitte wirklich um ihre spende den Jeder cent zählt. Ich möchte erlich gesagt nicht das nächste Jahr arbeiten um meine schulden los zu werden. Ich würde viel lieber weiter die schule besuchen. Ich danke euch für das Lesen. Gott segne euch!
