School Management Software for Schools in Kenya

5 years ago, Kenya Cloud Space started a brilliant idea of empowering kenyans schools to deliver quality education with efficiency in administrative and time management through automation using our software. We have been working with schools to enable teachers, student and parents’ access interactive academic and administrative management solutions.

We are developing an interactive e-learning solution with aim of connecting all schools. So far we have installed to over 50 schools, however this has been with challenges since most schools cannot afford to purchase the system either as one off or through subscriptions.

The students’ portal enables them not only to access fees status, exams results, school updates, past papers & workings, educational videos like literature set books, but also enables them to choose and track their career progression right from the start based on their actual performance. This module enables parents to engage with the school on students’ performance, fees, discipline and exam results on real time basis through SMS, email and the online portal of the school under Kenya Cloud Space.
