That is the situation we are facing in Kasom Khullen area, Manipur, India.

That is why we got together to do something and specifically we wanted to help the children there. Together with the local community we've started an initiative to build a school.

Importance of Education

Everyone knows the importance of education. Having the chance to learn doesn't just help you grow as an individual. Just imagine a life without school. You couldn't function in today's society. Illiterate children (and adults for that matter) are often bullied because they have a harder time understanding the world around them. Without the ability to count you couldn't be in charge of your own income. Couldn't get a job. Couldn't survive... Would you wish this upon anybody? No, of course not.

Which is why we want to help out the children in Kasom Khullen in India. Education is the most vital stages of learning for children, which is why we have approached you. You can help these children grow up understanding the world around them. You can help them develop to actually make the world around them a better place!
