Am a student of kisumu national polytechnic undertaking my diploma in electrical engineering year two .
I don't have someone to assist me paying my school fee to finish my second year and third year .
By now I have a balance of $230 to finish my year 2 and for that am not able to register for the EXAM that will be done on November and a balance of 4
