School and Mental Health Treatment

I would like to ask for your kind assistance regarding to my personal struggles nowadays. I recently have debt to my school fees which I need to pay before the interest will rise again. Just last week, I'm having a personal struggle to sleeping and decided to go to the doctor. On that, I was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I know you might being suspicious because I didn't post any picture of me but I do hope you understand, I'm having fear of being judge etc. May your kind hearts give me some help for sure, it will give back a hundred-folds.
