Scholarship final year

Please help me to finish final year at university!!! I love it, I am an excellent student but...a year ago Ive lost a job. Since then Ive sent a hundreds of applications and nothing happened, partly cause I live in a country thats at the bottom in EU based on BDP and economy. I was financing my studies by myself hoping that Ill buy a ticket for a decent and better life. One of the solutions was to work abroad and continue to finance study but as we all know global lockdown spoiled even that plan. I cannot reprogram my loan and the university now doesn't allow me to apply for the exams. Ive done all my seminars, presentations and tests I could and was allowed to. I feel like I failed....I own an old really old car that serves me but has no value and small inherited appartment. Im still not hungry except hunger for my diploma. Thank you all
