Saving the Life of My First Dog

Amy, my first dog ever, is a really important treasure in my life. She is a Golden Retriever, and that has been my dream dog. She is 4 months old at the moment, and I would really love to keep her. Right now she needs a surgery and it's in a couple of days. I don't have much money and neither does my family. I would really appreciate if I could afford the surgery. I have to make the decision of either keeping her but her having to take the surgery, or I can't keep her and we need to give her away. I know that this world is in a big crisis, but I would just like if some people could spare some money. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
