Campaign Story
Saving Symba:
Rugaz Rescue Inc normally focuses on death-Row dogs in our local time sensitive shelters, but poor Symba is a special case. One of our volunteers watched a neighbor open their front door, push Symba out and close it behind him.
After speaking with the owners Symba was surrendered to Rugaz to get Vetted and find a forever home sense he was no longer wanted by the family, and quite literally thrown out the front door.
Unfortunately, upon getting Symba checked out for his physical it was found he is Heartworm Positive and needs to start treatment immediately. We are reaching out to see if our community can help us save Symba!
