Saving Stray Cats with Special Needs

We are a family that loves animals, dogs and cats. I, personally, don't like seeing stray cats thrown out of their homes, especially the one with special needs just because they have too many cats or many kittens. Some would even throw kittens just after they've been born. Right now, I took 2 Momma Cats and they have 4 kittens each, however, one of the kittens died, which I think has not been fed by Momma Cat because she is busy looking for food. I took them in, together with a kitten with special needs. Most of them has an eye problem, which I am worried because it might get infected and be just like my other old male cat. My new found cat was a victim of a hit and run, she came to me asking for help, pulling her legs from the back moving towards me. Luckily, she survived the tragedy and is walking with no signs of being hit. Here she was cuddling in bed with my daughter.

This is one of the few kittens with needs, I don't want this beautiful Ginger cat be like my Old Male Cat, because it was not prevented.

This is my Cat with Special Needs, His eyes are like Sago Pearls. Fortunately, with proper care and attention and love, he is now completely healed and he even takes care of the new kitties.

Now we have a total of 7 Kittens and 5 Adults, all of which has been loved and cared for. However, the problem arises and I can no longer get the chance to feed them everyday because I don't have other means and we need to prioritize my family's need. I don't want them to feel hungry and not be able to provide for their everyday needs as well. I cannot take stray cats in anymore because of my limited resources. But, if this works I might take in as much as I can. They are so dear to me, they are like my Children and I wanted to give them a comfortable life as well.
