Saving Our Father’s Heart

Our dear Father, Feliciano Sarmiento, suffered his third heart attack this month and we learned from his angiogram that his condition is critical with two major blocks in the two arteries on the left side of his heart and severed arteries on the right side. A CABG (coronary artery bypass surgery) is urgently needed to save his heart. The proceduure is costly and with our dwindling funds due to his recent attacks and the limited time we have to raise the needed amount, we would greatly appreciate any help extended to us and pray for an opportunity to pay it forward.
