Saving homes from mortgage and foreclosure fraud

There is a certain mortgage servicer that has been particularly malicious about mortgage and foreclosure fraud.  I'm not a lawyer so I don't know if I can name them here. 

They continue practices that were supposed to have been stopped under the agreement with the government and have added a few new practices.  It appears they try to find a way to foreclose on any property whose mortgage comes under their control.  They have been accused manipulating homeowners into default though they were not behind on their payments.  Along the way they also use underhanded tactics to increase the payments they collect including forcing more expensive insurance on the home and accessing for an increase in taxes that has not and may not occur. 

I have also seen a specific case of criminal fraud in an attempt at dual tracking.  Dual tracking is the practice of having a homeowner apply for a modification of the mortgage they have no intention of granting, stalling the homeowner, while they continue the foreclosure process. 

In this instance they requested the homeowner change documentation in the modification application claiming that it might help the application be approved when they knew there was no chance of it.  What makes this criminal is that they requested the homeowner falsify documents in a mortgage modification. 

I am one of those fighting this company off.  I am unusual in that I've been able to gather actual evidence against this company and have ways of finding more.   It is my goal to stop these practices and help save homes, including my own.  I am raising this money to find others victimized by this company for class actions, gather more evidence and cover legal expenses until I can get the suits started.

In the first round of mortgage fraud resolution the government came to a settlement with the major banks but it really didn't change what many of the other banks do.  Nobody went to jail for the fraud because they could not get enough evidence so there has been no deterrent for others to not continue business as usual.  I have such evidence.  I know where and how to find more evidence and have the leverage to force even more.  Family's homes can be saved.  This time people can go to jail over this and things may change.  I hope you'll all help.
