Saving for a first car.

Hello, I will start out by telling you my story. I got a job over the Summer to start saving for my first car. I had a decent amount of money saved up, when I had to spend a majority of it to help my mom with medical bills she had from having surgery. My family doesn't have alot of money to begin with, so saving up the amount that I had before will simply take along time, and will not be possible at my age, since I work and also go to school at the same time. I figured I would post on this website to see if I could get help saving for my first car again. It doesn't have to be a large amount of money, and any amount you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I know this post seems a little selfish, and there are many more deserving causes to donate to, but my intention wasn't to be selfish. I just to save any money possible, so getting my first car won't be so far out of reach to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my cause, even if you don't donate anything. Thanks again.
