Being a father means u are more than willing to give and do everything for ur family.

This is my son Dean Marcial, heaven sent him to us last May 20,2017, we are very delighted and thankful for having a second child and a son. But its not always rainbow and sunshine after a few days since my boy was born he was diagnosed woth a rare chromosomal anomaly called 10pdeletion due to this deletion he developed other disabilies such as undescended testis, global developmental delay, mild hydrocephalus, mild hearing loss and a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot with severe infundibulovalvar pulmonary stenosis.

As a father my heart is breaking into pieces seeing my son suffering at such a young age and I cannot do anything to make all of his sickness go away for him to live comfortably and normally. All I can do is to work so hard to save some money for his medical expenses but eventhough I am worling hard it is not enough.

My son needed to have an operation to fix his heart first. But sadly it is quite expensive here in our country (Philippines) thats why i've decided to make a funding site and plead for anyones help. Any amount, small or big will be a big help for my son's surgery. It can help him fight through his battles in life and extend his chance of living.

I am hoping that u can help him/us to win his heart battle by donating any amount that ur heart's desire and by saying a prayer for my little boy. Thank you so much.
