CALICO GIRL NEEDS YOUR HELP

This sweet girl is a community cat living near park area in One North. She disappeared for a few days last week and came back looking very sick on Friday (15/3) evening. We brought her to animal clinic and she was diagnosed with liver fluke after a series of tests.

We are reaching out to kind souls who can help to defray some cost of her treatment and hospital cost. It’s extremely expensive here and so far the cost for blood test, ultrasound, biopsy etc is already almost $2400 excluding the hospitalization bill.

Girlie has a very gentle nature and is estimated about 5-6 years. We hope she can recover fully and live as indoor kitty in the future. We are doing all we can to save her and give her this chance.

Thank you for any kind of help that you can offer, including sharing of this post. Any excess in the donation from this campaign, will be donated to Cat Welfare Society and other charity organization to help more community cats.

Any donation can also be transferred to POSB 207-65101-0. A Donor List will be created to recognise the charitable efforts of every kind soul in this campaign.

We will post updates on her conditions.

Calico Girl is not doing too well in the hospital. She’s very nervous and scared of everything around her. She didn’t even move inside her cabin when we visited her. Her doctor felt that her condition will be better if she can stay at somewhere that she feels safer. Her. . . . .

It’s heartwarming to see so many kind souls who have helped the Calico Girl by donating and sharing her story for the past few days. According to her doctor, she is stable now and her new blood test shows that she has made some progress. We are all hoping that. . . . .
