saving baby jacob

Good Day,

I am here asking help for my nephew Jacob in the Philippines.
Two days ago, this little angle was brought to us by God.
Unfortunately, he was born prematurely and he came with a lot of congenital anomalies. Some of which are double cleft lip, deformed ear, excess fingers, rocker bottom feet, undeveloped sex oran, swelling brain and some complication on his kidney.
My brother is just a driver so me and may father is assisting him with all the expenses. We are just afraid we wont be able to cover all operations especially whene the citiscan on his brain and abdomen comes. We dont know what the future holds for this precious baby but one thing for sure is that we won't give up on trying to save him. We will try our best to cure whatever complications he is having. I am knocking on your hearts to please join us in this endeavor and give baby Jacob the normal life he truly deserves. Thank you much for taking time view my post
