I have been actively involved with animal rescue for many years. Through my passion for saving animals, especially dogs, I have helped many find their forever homes. My animals have brought me so much joy and fulfilment and I now need to help one of my own.

My beautiful rescue fur-child, Adji was diagnosed with an osteosarcoma in his leg in October of this year. Even after giving the holistic route a chance, unfortunately the cancer is spreading at a rapid rate.

Veterinary doctors have advised that he is a good candidate for amputation and chemotherapy; and it is his best chance of survival. Without it, our Adji will only be with us for another two months at most.

I, along with the many animal moms and dads out there, would do anything possible to keep my fur child happy and healthy. I want to do whatever I can to help save his life.

Such a procedure will give him a pain free and longer, happier life but unfortunately will cost close to R40 000.

I am here, asking for your help to please save my beautiful Adji boy. Together we can help him fight this.

Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated.

Extra funds collected over and above our target will be donated to the registered NPO: Ridgeback Rehab (136-727) - from which he was adopted.
