Saving Abel

This is abel, sweet, loving, adorable.  He has a none contagious form of mange that his rescuer has been successfully treating.  Unfortunately, this morning abel had a set back.  This morning abel lost his sight. He became disoriented.  He was rushed to the vets office and the vet confirmed that he was blind.  It would appear that one of the meds that was being used to treat abels skin condition was not being filtered out by his kidneys or liver and has reached toxic levels in his body.  With this set be=ack the rescuer is beside herself.  She has refused to give up on this boy.  To some people he may seem like just another dog.  But to the rescuer and her family he is so much more than that.  He is a part of that family.  So we here at Storm are reaching out to you.
