Richard Adrian Perez, 17y/o
Diagnosed of having a Congenital Heart Disease, with complications on his lungs. He needed to undergo a cardiac catheterization to know weather his heart is still capable to undergo an operation, an open heart surgery, which will cost us Php 700,000 to Php 1,000,000. Initially, we need to gather an amount needed for the cardiac catheterization. The cardiac cathetherization will cost us as much as Php 120,000.00 including professional fees. We can bearly afford this amount for this procedure that is why we needed your generosity. We are praying that this test could lead his heart to be operated for him to be able to pursue his dreams.
