SaveThe Chester Wyrick Estate

Help keep The Chester D, Wyrick Estate in my family. There has been several things that has put me in this bad spot.

First in 2009 a care taker went and married my sick half sister (I was gone working several month’s in Chicago at the time. No one in family knew this until my sister passed away. Long story short He got most of the other properties and just about all the cash. I got the House and about 5 acre’s.

Second in November 02.2010 I was at one of the Volunteer Fire Department’s that I was member. I was a Volunteer Firefighter from March 2005 till July 2012. We were checking a pumper for equiptment and fliuds. When I opened a door to check primer fluid and a hose clamp fell off the running board and landed on my left foot and greater toe. This caused nerve damage pain which I still suffer with every day. I also have other medical problems (migraines, neck and back pain that date back 20+ years. Due to these I have not been able to work a regular job for some time.

Third I got an Attorney in 2012 to file breach of contract against the man that had married my half sister. He took about $10000.00 of things and damage to what I got. I gave this Attorney some of the only money I got from the estate. Well he has still not filled the case as of March 25, 2015 and does not want to talk to me. He has not returned my calls or messages in the last couple of month’s.

Forth I had a Real Estate Agent In January 2015 tell me that he could get me a loan to cover the taxes and some extra money to help get small business going. Well about a two week before the estate was to be sold for taxes, he said that I was not going to get a loan, but he would still like to list the property for sale. So the property was sold for taxes and I have about 8 month’s to buy it back before it becomes final. In this time I got so stressed out that I think I may have had a mini stroke. I could not remember lots of thing and was in a daze for a week or two. I am slowely getting better with that.

I need to save this estate for my children and grand kids. The house was built by Uncle Chester Wyrick in 1930-31 here in Maryville, TN. He worked at Alcoa Aluminum and hand built this house from wood, brick and concrete. When I was small child my father and mother would come and visit, we lived about 100 miles away.

I will use these funds to buy back the estate and pay all the taxes up to date first, then build a four car garage in the back with Two apartments above to get money coming in to keep the taxes and up keep on the property. Then if any extra I would but a skidsteer , truck & trailer to have sonething to work with to try to make a living.
