My heart aches for this little girl named Nicole from the Philippines. She is 2 years old and the daughter of my first cousin. She was just recently diagnosed with Medulloblastoma — an aggressive and cancerous tumor that spreads to the spinal cord and other parts of the brain. Now she is unable to stand properly and is experiencing a consistent shaking and vomiting that stops her to eat properly. The CT scan also revealed that her brain contains an excess amount of fluid (hydrocephalus) which worsens the poor child’s condition.
The only way to treat her is a combination of brain surgery, chemo or radiation therapy which costs a very big amount that her parents can never earn or provide. Both parents do not have proper jobs and therefore not entitled with health and medical insurance to cover their daughter's medical expenses.
Now she is admitted to Batangas Medical Center, located at Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City to make sure she is getting proper nutrition and energy since she cannot eat properly. We also wish to have her moved to a private room so she can avoid catching other diseases.
I am volunteering to do what I can to raise funds for her medical treatment. I am appealing to everyone who ever has a good heart to help this suffering child fight for her life, because she should be out playing with the other kids and she should be enjoying the comfort of her home at this very moment.
Any amount will surely help her pay for her medical bills. Thank you so much for your kindness.

My Son who is 2 yrs old also experience the same cancer. He also needs to undergo Chemo for a year until 3 yrs old for Radio Therapy. I understand the pain both parents undergo. I hope this helps.
