Dearest Friends,

We, the family of Nida Digol, are writing this letter to you in extreme need of support. She was diagnosed with Acute Myocardial Infarction, Acute Renal Failure, and Community-Acquired Pneumonia. Three weeks ago, she is still in the hospital and critical condition. We tried to bring her to different hospitals here in Lucena, but most did not admit her because she may be a COVID-19 positive. One public hospital does accept PUI, but it does not allow anyone to accompany the patient. We cannot take the risk of leaving her in that hospital, knowing that she is already a senior citizen, her condition was critical, and she may be confined together with other PUI. We had no other choice but to bring her to Lucena Doctors Hospital, a private hospital, where they accepted her as an emergency case.

Our mom tested negative for COVID-19 twice. However, due to severe health complications, she requires continuous medication and undergoes several medical procedures, including hemodialysis. We cannot raise enough money to complete her treatment and are in dire need of your help and financial aid. We are knocking at your door to help us reach the amount we need for her hospital bills.

As of November 6, 2020, our running bill is already Php 660,000; this is only for the medical treatments and room fees; this does not include doctors' fees and medicines. We have already deposited Php129,000 to lessen her medical expenses, but we still need funds to continue supporting her medical needs. Until now, we are still unsure when will she be better and be discharged from the hospital. We are also asking for your prayers for her complete healing.
