Campaign Story
Background Information:
Not long ago, one of my dogs named Lily had to be put down due to the fact that she was suffering and there was no way we could afford the procedure for her cause. She wasn't even 2 years old yet. It's been a little more than a week later my second dog of mine, Daisey, has come up with an infection in her intestines which prevents any food or water from going into it.
We were going to put her down like Lily, but we can sense something different in her. She wants to fight this. So if she's going to fight, we're joining in as well. So we as my family require all of the support that we can get. One death was tragic enough, another can even further affect the lives of our family. We can only handle so much. If you can share or donate to the cause it would be very appreciated. This is a very urgent cause and we just learned about this recently, so we do not have much time to raise money. Daisey's life literally hangs in the balance of you guys. Thank you and have a nice day.

We've Paid Off The Medical Bills :)
Update posted by Lori Mendez at 02:15 amThanks to the amount that we have gotten and Daisey's strong will to stay strong, we've managed to get past this sickness. Here she is, up and healthy.Thankfully Daisey, by miracle, managed to pass the obstruction that was blocking her intestines. Even with that, we had the medical bills to
Things Are Looking A Lot Better
Update posted by Lori Mendez at 03:20 amWe brought Daisey to get an ultrasound to see what was blocking her intestines. We actually couldn't find anything and she seems to be feeling a little better. She's not out of the woods yet, but she's looking a lot better. Since the urgency has gone down, I've extended the
Trying A New Treatment
Update posted by Lori Mendez at 05:44 amOn Thursday, we are going to bring her to the vet to get an ultrasound to see what is blocking her exactly. Depending on what it is, maybe we can try a less invasive treatment or try to avoid surgery altogether. Surgery in itself is dangerous since the thing blocking
