Save us from losing our home

Our family has one home.

It is a home built from my parents' years of sacrifice.

Now, there is a huge threat that we may lose it.

Please help us.

Our financial struggle began with my father and mother's consecutive hospital operation and confinement in 2014. The savings of my parents, sister, and mine were all used up. I had to close two of my bank accounts, and maxed out my credit cards in the years after to be able to pay all bills and debts.

Up to this day, we have not recovered from our financial troubles.

The worst part is the thought of losing our home.

My parents think that the last solution is selling our home. They believe that this bold move will settle all our debts. Although they may be right, this entails sacrificing the house that they have worked so hard to possess - the house that my father worked overseas for; the house that my grandfather swore to look after in his deathbed; the house that my sister and I grew in; the house that my parents dream of living their last days in.

I never thought that I would reach this point of seeking outside help, but I know I had to. In the previous months, I keep on getting debts after paying another to keep our heads above water.

We are suffocating.
