Save the Soldier’s House

I received a letter saying the city of Rome is going to take my house for back taxes. We owe $3,888.43 they say are they are going to foreclose on July 1st 2013. Rich is in Afghanistan he deployed in March he will not return until March 2014. The city of Rome will not let me wait and make smaller payments. I do not wish to tell this soldier lost his house while he was gone if you can see it in your heart to help me pay this bill we would appreciate it for a lifetime.
