IRON RHINO Wildlife fund (NPO 144-374) founded in 2014 by us 5 ex senior educated and highly skilled Police Detectives with a back ground in specialised investigations, Crime Intelligence and organised crime. With more than 100 years combined crime combating experience. Our work in Iron Rhino is, to identify the seriousness off the crime, Collection of evidence, Investigation from where the crime was committed until the Wildlife trafficker and the source of the money trail. Intelligence and Information is handed over to Government Police investigation authority, and support and investigate together until trial date. We need the donations from donors to help pay towards transportation, surveillance equipment and salaries. The work involve long ours of observation, Investigation and Surveillance in our country and abroad our borders. We are committed and have a passion for the protection of endangered wildlife fauna and flora.

Our base of operations is in South Africa.

Wildlife poaching and the resulting trafficking is a widespread problem throughout all of Africa. Many of these nations depend on their natural heritage to bring in tourists who greatly stimulate their economy and they are committed to secure their natural fauna and flora with limited recourses.

Unemployment is an overwhelming problem in Africa. The lack of education and employment opportunities is a major driver for the local populist turning to poaching and trafficking in wildlife in order to provide for their families.

The reality is that we need funds to maintain this organisation to be a positive influence in this Wild life industry.
