Save the bullied horse 💔

I fell in love with the horse that's been bullied his whole lifetime. My heart is broken in million pieces when I see how he is held in his stables. How he doesn't have enough food. He is agitated and angry at people because people in his past have been torturing him. Beating him and used him in so many different ways. I want to help him regain his strength and power. I want to give him love that he deserves and need. I want to show him that not all humans are bad, and give him peace and security. So please good people. If you are an animal lovers. Please help me get what I need to save him.
