We've all seen the footage and images coming out of Australia and of the destructive fires that have taken a toll on the wildlife there. From charred kangaroos trying to escape a fiery end to koalas losing their homes and their habitats -- the fires have been brutal.
There is much suffering in the world, all over the world, today. And it can be difficult not to feel helpless in the face of disaster, whether man-made or natural. That doesn't prevent us from trying to do our part.
Australia is home to some of the world's most unique animals, many of which are only found there. The loss of wildlife has reached more than a billion. This is a small thing -- but these organizations are helping to fight that. At the end of the day, our humanity requires us to be kind and caring to all species, and not just our own.
I have collaborated with amazing human beings that are supporting this cause by dedicating their next race in Ecotrail Al-Ula to this cause. Some of the participants will be doing from 10k up to 83k distance. This link gives you more information about the race https://alula.ecotrail.com
