Save Sophia Bakery & Coffee bar

My beautiful Bakery / Coffee shop named after my grandmother Sophia. Sophia Bakery & Coffee bar has been operational for 6 months and has had very positive feedback on our Facebook profile. However footfall has been low which has impacted on cashflow. Sophia has so much potential as it is the only one of its kind in Caledon (look and feel) We would also like to invest in a liquor license for Sophia in order to offer cocktails and wine tasting evenings. Further if Sophia stays open we can invest in the community as we would like to start a F & B academy to upskill potential candidates in the kitchen as well as FOH. We support students, mostly previously disadvantaged to come and finish their practical and hours. With your assistance Sophia can add so much value to Caledon
