SamSam was diagnosed with TAPVR (Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return). Her doctor, recommends her immediate operation to correct the congenital defect.
However, her mother a kind and honest house worker cannot afford the medical expense and seeks the community's help in saving SamSam, her daughter.
