Save Roscoe

We have won and Roscoe is being freed.

The sheriff dept agreed to cover 850.00 of the boarding fees and we only need 460.00 dollars.

Please peeps even just 5 bucks will add up fast. I want to go home.

This fundraiser is to raise money to help save the life of a dog named, Roscoe. Roscoe was seized from his home in Perryville, Missouri after he jumped on the neighbor boy who was playing with water balloons in Roscoe's driveway.

The boy was injured during the incident as the boy fell onto a gravel driveway, wearing just a pair of shorts.

The injured neighbor boy only visits on weekends, but Roscoe has been living with 4 children in his home, another dog, there are 2 children living next door (full time) and an additional dog.

Roscoe was seized under Missouri Statute 578.024, which indicates the dog must have had a prior and subsequient bite. There is absolutely no proof that Roscoe ever bit anybody.

The dog is being kept in poor conditions, outside in a small crate, with temps dropping into the 30s during the day.

The boarding fees are adding up at a rate of 20 dollars per day, they will be almost 1000.00 by the next hearing on November 1st.

We are asking for donations to help get a rescue on board, to rehome Roscoe, and get him out of the cold. We are also hoping to get any training or professional assistance we need to save this dog.

The local sheriff department failed to gather evidence required to properly hear this case in court, they are refusing to provide evidence, such as medical records.

Please help this innocent dog and help us to stand up to the local law enforcements who continue to seize our pets, not gather proper evidence and then kill our pets
