save reggies life

my mums dog reggie fell i'm the garden last night, we managed to get enough money togeather today to get him to the vets theyve told us his leg is badly broken and needs amputating, or to be put down the operations costs over a £1000 but they have said they will operate on monday if we give atleast £300  reggie has been in our family for ten years and is everything to my mum, hes her life and our children (grandchildren) love him to bits, theyd be devestated if he was gone, please help anyway that you can every penny helps.
