The Community Technical College of Southeastern Mindanao (CTCSM) was established on October 24, 2013 to realize quality education for Moro, Lumad and Children od peasant communities in Mindanao.

The CTCSM's pedagogy rests on three legs - a comprehensive grassroots - transformative teacher education for lumad and moro scholars, organic agricultural production, and natural-based health program. It aims to be a pioneering lumad school offering boarding scholarships for college or tertiary education scholar.

TEACHER TO THE LUMADS

* Volunteer for at least six (6) months to teach a preschool, elementary, or high school class of lumad scholars

* Conduct pedagogical or curricular training programs for our community educators

* Adopt a teacher by sponsoring volunteer teacher's honoraria

* Invite or encourage your teacher friends to teach a preschool, elementary, or high shool class of lumad scholars

* Donate reference books across grade levels that our teachers can use for their reference materials


DOCTOR, DENTIST OR HEALTH PROFESSIONAL TO THE LUMADS

* Send your interns for internship rotation at CTCSM's health and wellness center

* Volunteer to train our health officers any basic or advanced health skills

* Volunteer as resource person on health and sanitation topics for our scholar's seminars

* Support our health and wellness center programs by donating materials and equipment for our school clinic - medicines, first aid materials, sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, weighing scale, sterilizing equipment, etc.

* Organize dental or medical mission that will benefit the scholars of the school as well as its immediate community


SCIENTIST TO THE LUMADS

* Donate a microscope or other science apparatus

* Conduct scientific trainings and seminars for our lumad scholars

* Volunteer to teach a science subject or course at high school level

* Help us develop alternative source of clean energy

* Help us build clean water reservoirs


AGRICULTURIST TO THE LUMADS

* Volunteer as an agriculturist-trainer in our boarding frm schools

* Help us develop and grow our agroforest by donating medium-term and long-term tree seedlings

* Donate vegetables seedlings

* Help us produce more farm tools and equipment (including corn sheller and portable corn mill)


SPONSOR A LUMAD CLASS

* Be one of 15 donors for a class of 30 scholars pledging Php 3,000 or $60 a month for 10 months

* Join our roster of patrons pledging Php 50,000 or $1,000 as a contribution to the school's operations for one year
