Save our NGO daycare for immigrant children

Mater Filia is an non-profit organization that aims to help children and mothers in need, especially immigrants, refugees, and the underprivileged of Greece. As a daycare that takes in more than 15 children per day, our goal is to help the children integrate into a healthy and normal life here in Athens.

We also help mothers learn how they can be an integral part of their children's upbringing and offer them any type of support they might need, let it be psychological or material. Opened since 2009, Mater Filia now needs your help to stay open. Any donation amount would help us.

We are looking for people to help us buy the building in which we work. A lot of our children do not have mothers or fathers, and this is the only home that they have ever known. The building is for sale and we are urgently looking for funds to help us remain here.
