Save our House

My girlfriend and I been together for 15 years.And have 4 childred.One is 24 with down syndrome our other children are 15,11,and 10 years old.We have lived in our house for 2 years and our contract expired on March 9th,2015.We tried to get funding to buy our house but we cannot get a loan.The owner of the house wants out of the house loan and it will either be sold or foreclosedon.Both my girlfriend and I are on disability and are unable to work.We also have childrend to support and 1 adult daughter with down syndrome.Our children loves this house and neighborhood and do not want to move.We are located by recreation park and a public library which  are within minutes from our home. We also have 1 dog and 1 cat which makes it next to impossible   to move without losing them. Please help us stay in our home.We are out of time and don`t have      any options available. We have made repairs to some things in this home and already feel it is ours. Losing it now would devastate our family . Thank you for considering to help us.
