Save our Hero – Partial paralysis due to slipped disc

Our family member, a nine human years old Maltese, has always been the glue that binds our family together, always greeting us with a smile whenever we see him. Being the ever active dog he is, he loves running and jumping around. Yesterday, Milo jumped off a roller chair and landed badly on the ground, causing his hind legs to be paralyzed. As suggested by the vet, this could be a case of slipped disc meaning a CT scan followed by a surgery would most likely be required in order for our family member to regain his mobility. Spinal surgery is urgently needed before further nerve damages waist down which will not only result in permanent paralysis but also death since the lose of bladder control will be toxic and fatal.

However, our family is not very well to do and our father is our sole breadwinner, moving on with the treatment would be too financially challenging for our family. So we implore all pet lovers to please help us help our family member get his legs back, we sincerely thank you for any help you can give us.
