According to a recent national waste report, 60% of the total waste in Australia in 2014-15 was recycled. The biggest challenge yet, is that most of these materials are non bio-degradable and, as a result, a lot of recyclable materials are being dumped in landfill.

My team and I have launched the Save.Our.Environment campaign to help raise funds towards our startup.

Funds have been hard to come by and the day-to-day running of our little business has been a little difficult lately so we are hoping you (our friends and family) can offer us your support towards reaching our target of $10,000 to set up a recycling station.

It turns our recycling isn't so simple, and we are facing big problems here, and around the world no less.

Industry leaders assure that, while Australia's recycling industry is in crisis, problems of pollution CAN be fixed.

We believe that, with your help, we can begin to make a positive change to beat pollution and raise more awareness to a large audience worldwide.
