Who We Are

We aim for a thriving countryside rich in wildlife.

What do we do?

We use science to promote wildlife management as an essential part of nature conservation.

We develop researched wildlife and Environment management techniques.

We promote our work to conservationists, including farmers and landowners and offer an on-site advisory service on all aspects environment and wildlife management, so that Britain’s countryside and its wildlife are enhanced for the public benefit.

The landscapes we know and love – from mountains, uplands, moors and the seascapes of our stunning coastline to rolling countryside and green parkland in urban and rural areas – all have their own distinctive character and sense of place.

We want as many people as possible to access these landscapes and enjoy their benefits to our wellbeing, and so we work nationally and locally for a positive future for all lands.
