Save my teeth

I really need a break, i've had i tough life.. i got kicked out of my parental home by my stepmother when i was 18, i had to quit my education because i had to find a place for myself to live (and pay rent, and pay of the debt they left me with) it was tough (it still is). I had to save every penny i could.. since i can't get a propper job due to poor education, bills kept stacking up faster then i could earn the money to pay them. Even now i'm still working to pay of some of them, but now since i had to struggle to pay my bills every month i wasn't able to go to the dentist the past couple of years.. and as you all propably know, not going there is bad for your teeth. And that's exactly my case, my teeth are hurting 24/7.. i'm having trouble eating and drinking, I just want the pain to go away. But the cost for that is just way more then i can spare right now. So i need help, i have no family to help me pay the bill, and i just know i can't keep going like this!
