Save my Mom’s eyesight

Last November 15, my Mom was diagnosed with retina detachment and cataract, the doctor told us that she needs to undergo a surgery because there's a possibility she may lose her eye sight. The doctor gave us a quotation of PHP 263,000 and she needs to secure first clearance from other doctors such as ECG exam in order for them to conduct the surgery. The amount seems small but for us who only get by daily it is really hard for us to gather this amount. My mom is really important to us, she is caring mother not only to us and also to the kids she takes care in our town day care center. she is generous not only to us but to everyone, she always give what she can give to the point nothing is left anymore for herself. She is always willing to help especially to her co workers who has nothing in life. Especially the holidays is fast approaching and this time of the year that she really enjoy's more not because she is giving or receiving gifts but because of the colorful light of the decorations of the malls, city streets and our house. Those small things are her happiness and I don't want her to lose that, that's why I am knocking at your heart if you could spare a little help for my mom. I really appreciate your help and support.
