I am writing this to you in absolute desperation for support. I am diagnosed with kidney stone deaseas and suffering with extreme pain and i needs treatment as soon as possible.
I am not able to raise the money to meet the medical expenses and therefore I am requesting for your help to cover my medical expenses.
