Last year, i had a motor accident that fractured my left lower leg. Dr. Rey Ang of PGH diagnosed this as Comminuted fracture on left tibia and fibula bone.

July 2016, we consulted second opinion. Dra. Cielo Balce, an Orthopaedic surgeon of PGH advised me to undergo skin and bone graft and external fixator to somehow help regrow and realigned the bone.

After 12 long and painful months, im getting my Ilizarov frame off (External fixator) on July24,2017 at Philippine General Hospital. I hope it'll be nothing just like having your monthly vaccine, but i wonder, how bad will it hurt?

I'll be under for the actual removal, but not sure if i will feel relief from no more wires/pins or pain because my now distracted lower leg will be less distracted.

Im scared too. As much as i hate this fixator and all the pain and infections that brought me, im scared on facing the outcome.

But ill try to be more optimistic and once it is remove, ill start to learn to walk again.

And in addition to my fears and all, i am humbly asking for donations toward the medical bills. Any amount will help and will truly be appreciated. Thank you for your help and please keep me in your prayers.
