Hi,

My name is Hajar, I'm writing this on behalf of my mother as she don't use English.

Last week, I found a piece of paper pasted on my door stating that we have to vacate the premises by 7th May and the letter was sent out by court order.

I honestly never knew anything about this, my mum took housing loan years ago.

She told us that the house is fully paid for. So when i saw this letter i was confused. Waited for my mum to come home and explain to me. She mentioned that she told us the house is paid for because she doesn't want us to worry.

My mum loan a total amount of 49k plus and i think she failed to pay or skipped the monthly payment and on top of that will need to pay for the lawyer fees around $6k.

Since young, my mum raised 5 of us single handedly with her $1200/month salary. My father doesn't seems to exist because he doesn't work and depends everything on my mum.

If we have to vacate the house, we literally got no where to stay. None of my siblings is married.

We tried sending proposal letters and all to the lawyer but was rejected. I really hope i could get some help as i only got so little time left till 7th May.
