I am a solo parent diognosed with DILATES CARDIOMYOPATHY/ NYHA 1 -11, presently here in the hospital for acute cardiac failure ...i am hoping that someone will.help to continue life for my one and only daughter, i am struggling with my medical expenses and nearly died suffering for heart disease..begging for help and your prayers for my speed recovery.
