SAVE MY DAD’S HEART

Just an ordinary, no work day; spent the morning doing house chores; bonding with my parents.

About to have lunch when my dad called on us because he could hardly catch his breath and his usual chest pain was now too much to bear. He wanted us to bring him to the emergency room.. then came reality, we spent the next days at the CCU (Coronary Care Unit) of Bicol Medical Center Hospital here in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

For years, we had difficulty convincing him to have a coronary angiogram.

But to my surprise, this time we didn't
need any prodding, he subjected himself to the procedure without questions
willing to take whatever risk it entails.. because he wanted more years..
For him to have those years, he needs to have a
CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS GRAFTING SURGERY (CABG) asap! The operation will be done at the Philippine Heart Center, East Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

We were told he had SEVERE THREE VESSEL CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE..

My dads name is SANTIAGO C. AGAWA Jr. I want to give him those years but it would cost a surmountable amount of money.

The surgery is going to be high risk given his other circumstances but he is willing to bet his life for those additional years..
My mom and I cant do this alone. We are knocking at your hearts to aid us in any way you can.
