Mimi was a stray cat who wandered into my house 7 years ago, and chose to live with us. She is a little shy, wonderfully good-natured and has never scratched or bite us before!
For the past month, she has been vomiting, eating very little, lost a lot of weight and became lethargic.
We thought she had gastric problems and took her to the vet for diagnosis. A few trips and an ultrasound scan later, there's a 3.89cm mass found in her intestines. The vet recommended an intestinal anastomosis surgery (cut the tumour and join the intestines) for her.
While she's a senior and FIV postive cat, we wish to see her golden years a painless and comfortable one. The surgery is an option we are considering, however, with our current financial situation, we are unable to afford the medical care she needs.
As of now we have spent $833.09 on 4 visits, and we are estimating another $3000 - $4000 for her upcoming surgery.
Please help Mimi get past this crucial stage by donating for her surgery and medical bills. Thank you very much.
