Please help me to save this pup! He needs special care and training at a qualified facility to be considered adoptable. Without help he will be killed!
Photos of Midnight and his story can be found here: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=208071...
Midnight is 2 years old. He's very sweet with the family that raised him(even if they don't deserve it), protective and loving, but untrained in basic manners (jumps, lap climbs, mouthy plays).
This pup has been through so much, he started life as a stray, got passed around shelters from birth - 4 months, ended up with this current family where he has been struck by a car last year and survived...
He is very anxious with strangers which translates into fear aggression and cannot be around other dogs.
The owner WILL surrender him to a shelter, where he will be killed due to his issues and lack of training, not because of him being a challenge, but due to the fact that their landlord now forbids pets of any kind on any property.

I saw a similar appetizer in a restaurant, and I veganized it the very next day. A mandoline slicer works best for this project. If you don't have one, make sure to use a large, sharp knife. This will require a batch of pesto, and you can find a recipe in this collection.
• 1 large zucchini
• organic cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
• 1 batch of pesto
• toothpicks to hold it all together
• Wash the zucchini, and slice it lengthwise into thin slices. Spread pesto onto each slice.
• Place two tomato halves onto the pesto, and roll.
• Secure each one with a toothpick."
