Save Maxene from euthanasia

Our one-month-old puppy (Maxene) has atresia ani (imperforate anus) and she cries in pain since she expels waste through her genitalia. She underwent a surgery last March 3 which lasted for no more than 30 minutes; we paid Php2080.

We were told to monitor her, give antibiotics, and do postoperative care by irrigating the wounds with betadine solution.

It's gotten worse. She now expels waste and BLOOD through her genitalia. I told the vet about this and asked for advice but he said there's nothing that can be done. I asked if she could undergo another surgery as it seemed their initial surgery was unsuccessful but they refused saying she might not survive.

I was advised to seek second opinion so I went to ask other vet clinics and they gave me an estimate of Php15000 or more.

Please help me save Max. If she will not be cured, she will eventually die so euthanasia will be my last resort.
